I went through both rounds, and the cases were different enough that it kept me on my toes.

In the first round, the cases were less traditional than I expected, but the interviewers were very nice, which made the whole thing less intimidating than I’d anticipated.

In the second round, the structure felt more conventional: I had one more traditional ME case, and the second case included more qualitative data. That shift pushed me to balance analysis with interpreting information that wasn’t purely numerical.

I received an offer. Overall, it felt like the interviewers were thoughtful about matching case style to what they wanted to evaluate, and that made the difficulty feel fair
