Bain & Consultant interview experience

I had two case interviews, and alongside that, they asked non-case questions as well.

Then there was an HR interview where I was asked about situations and my strengths. It felt like a more rounded evaluation rather than a pure case-only test, and it required me to be ready to explain my reasoning in multiple formats.

I didn’t receive an offer. What stuck with me is how the round kept switching modes—case thinking followed by HR-style discussion—so I had to stay mentally organized the whole time.
