Bain & Consultant interview experience

Each round involved multiple case interviews—typically between two and three—along with a set of behavioral questions.

The overall feel was demanding but consistent: they were looking for both how I tackled cases and how I answered behavioral prompts alongside them. Because there were several case conversations spread across rounds, it felt like I needed to maintain my structure and energy for a long stretch. I ended up receiving an offer, and honestly the biggest reflection was how much endurance mattered—staying sharp across repeated rounds was just as important as solving any single case.
