My interview process dragged out longer than I expected.

It started with an HR conversation, then moved to a hiring-manager step, and from there I went through a case interview plus several additional rounds. Time-wise, it took about three months end to end.

I could feel the gaps between phases: the answers between steps took around a week or two at different points, and at the end they asked me to wait about two more weeks while they reviewed the candidate pool. After that, the silence became the dominant experience. Even after multiple follow-ups, I never heard back and it ended with a rejection.

Honestly, the slow timeline and lack of closure
