I experienced a two-round case process spread across two distinct days.

On the first day, I had two business cases plus a behavioral interview. If I passed that stage, I would move to the second day.

The second day was heavier with four more interviews’ worth of work in total: two business cases with more senior people, and the last one included a partner. The difficulty increased along the way, mostly because the cases got more demanding and the seniority meant the expectation for how I structured my thinking felt higher.

I didn’t get an offer in the end. The overall feel was very high-intensity, but at least it was clearly organized around case progression
