MalaysiaPosted Jun 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through interviews for the Malaysia office and it ended with HR going silent.

After I interviewed three rounds, I felt pretty good about how personable everyone was. The associates and senior people I spoke with were friendly, and the questions were the typical kind you expect in consulting—reasoning through business problems and showing how I think.

What threw me off wasn’t the difficulty, it was the lack of communication. I waited after the last conversation and eventually realized I’d been ghosted. Even though the people I met felt approachable, the HR process left me with a sour finish because I never got a clear update or closure.
