Bain & Consultant interview experience

The first case was considerably tougher than the second one, and I remember feeling the contrast in complexity immediately.

The personal interview was very conversational and didn’t feel like a typical high-stakes interview. It made the overall experience feel less intimidating compared to the case rounds, and it gave me a chance to talk through my experience in a natural way.

I received an offer. The way the rounds were paced—sharp case difficulty, followed by a more relaxed discussion—helped me stay composed all the way to the end.
