My process started with online testing: classical mathematics and logical aptitude along with an English test, plus a bit of business acumen.

Then the interview stages followed with rounds involving consultants and partners, mostly in the office.

Each round included a case study paired with fit, and there wasn’t a separate RH round mentioned as part of the flow. The progression felt like it moved from assessing raw thinking in the tests to evaluating how I came across in person while tackling cases and discussing motivation.

I didn’t receive an offer. Looking back, the process felt comprehensive—combining structured testing with multiple rounds of case and fit rather than keeping things narrow.
