My interviews started with a behavioral segment, and then I moved into the case portion.

The behavioral discussion lasted around 30 minutes, and after that I handled two different cases, with each one taking about an hour.

The interviewers were nice and genuinely interested in my story rather than trying to trap me. Even when the case work became demanding, the tone stayed supportive, and I felt like they wanted to understand how I approached the problem.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, I felt the sessions were fair and that the people interviewing me made it easier to show how I think.
