I went through an industry-first style process that started with TestGorilla as part of screening, then moved into interviews where the case formats were the main event.

I ended up with two rounds that were both made of back-to-back sessions. In the first round, I had two back-to-back cases that felt fairly standard, landing in the medium-difficulty range.

In the final round, the structure stayed similar but the content mix shifted. I had two back-to-back interviews: one was a case presentation based on prior experience, and the other was a standard case. Importantly, it didn’t feel like the difficulty jumped dramatically from round to round; the expectation was more about being consistent and clear rather than suddenly facing something drastically
