Bain & Consultant interview experience

After that, I went through three conversation rounds. The first round was an online conversation, and the next two were in-person.

One detail that stood out was that during the first two rounds, my CV wasn’t visible and couldn’t be discussed. That made the early interviews feel more like they were testing my problem-solving and communication without leaning on background context. By the time it reached later stages, the whole flow felt more complete. I ended up receiving an offer, and overall it felt like a process designed to evaluate performance first before using personal context.
