Bain & Consultant interview experience

Each conversation lasted about forty minutes, so there wasn’t much downtime to reset.

The case portion felt like real consulting-style problem solving rather than a light warm-up, and the behavioral segment was treated just as seriously as the analysis—just in a different lane. Because everything was clustered together, I had to stay sharp the whole time.

I ended up not receiving an offer. What stayed with me afterward was how concentrated the evaluation was—there was no gradual build, just a demanding sequence where how I performed under sustained attention mattered a lot.
