I ended up in an interview that lasted about an hour and fifteen minutes.

The format was nine questions total—six behavioral competency questions and three technical questions tied to the specific role and the job description. That technical portion wasn’t purely abstract; it felt anchored to what they were hiring for.

Near the end, I got the chance to ask my own questions, which made it feel a bit more like a two-way conversation instead of just an evaluation. Overall, it felt like a fairly standard but well-structured screening experience, just paced and content-heavy.
