I had a panel-style interview with the team, led by the manager while a few other team members jumped in with their own questions.

The whole conversation felt pretty grounded and conversational rather than like a formal interrogation.

Most of what I got into was my background and technical experience, but framed around how I approach troubleshooting and how I communicate—especially with business users and with teammates. It didn’t feel adversarial. Overall, I walked away thinking it was organized, fair, and straightforward.
