My process felt quick, but it also seemed like there were too many layers between me and a clear answer.

I was asked to prepare a presentation, and the presentation was scheduled. Eventually it got cancelled last minute, and I didn’t receive proper feedback—just the rug pulled out without much explanation.

After investing time to put together the work they requested, the cancellation made the overall process feel disorganized despite the speed. I didn’t get an offer.

What stayed with me was the disconnect between how seriously the process started and how abruptly it ended. It wasn’t the result itself that surprised me most—it was the lack of closure when the most important step disappeared.
