Aubay Spain Software Engineer interview experience

The first interview I had was with HR.

The goal was to present the company, get to know me, and go through some available roles that might fit. The conversation itself was friendly and supportive.

Even though the people I spoke with were helpful, it turned out that there weren’t openings for my profile at the time. So I didn’t move forward.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the main reflection was that the interview felt genuine, but the decision came from availability rather than anything I could control.
