I first got contacted through LinkedIn, and it began with a quick phone call that felt rushed.

The call didn’t give me much usable information about the specific role I was supposed to be interested in, even though I asked, and it mostly led into a longer visio interview.

Before the visio meeting, they asked me to fill out a complete application file with detailed personal inputs, including my current compensation, multiple technical and functional skills, and some career-direction information. The form had to be submitted 24 hours before the interview. I felt uneasy about having to provide all that upfront just to reach a first conversation, and I ended up canceling the interview.
