My first round was a call where they asked generic questions about my professional path and the technologies I knew, plus they checked my English level with at least one question in that direction.

After that first contact, they even reached back to me again a couple of times, which made the process feel more active than passive.

We scheduled a second interview with a tech lead, where the focus shifted to Salesforce and deployments. It sounded like they were validating fit for the kind of work they had in mind, but even after that tech conversation, I didn’t see any clear next step or decision and never received the outcome.
