My first touchpoint was an easy, quick motivation-style interview where they mainly asked me about my journey in IT, what my expectations were, and why I was looking for another opportunity at a different company.

The interviewer was very friendly and explained things clearly, and the overall vibe felt approachable rather than formal or intimidating.

A bit later, I also experienced a very benevolent motivation conversation that lasted around an hour with an engineer, largely focused on explaining the stage. It wasn’t really about testing technical skills at all; it was more of a human discussion where I could position myself across different topics.

I didn’t feel like there was a high-pressure evaluation in these rounds. Both experiences left me feeling comfortable, and in the end I received an offer.
