Aubay Spain Software Engineer interview experience

I had basic interview questions with a recruiter who seemed to follow a clear structure, and the session ran about normal length, maybe even a bit faster.

I appreciated that it moved efficiently, but I also came away comparing it with other consulting interviews I’d done, which felt more engaging on my side. This one stayed closer to routine screening, so there wasn’t much room to go deep.

I didn’t get an offer. Looking back, the experience left me with mixed feelings: smooth and fast, but not especially memorable in terms of technical or thematic depth.
