I had two interviews: first an HR conversation and then a separate interview with the manager.

The HR part went well, and the manager stage was the opposite of that.

The second interview was described as catastrophic because the manager talked nonstop and didn’t really leave room for engagement. It killed the flow and didn’t give me any sense of working together after the meeting. I didn’t get an offer.

What I remember most was not just the lack of interaction—it was the feeling that the interview was treated like a monologue rather than a discussion, which made it hard to put my best forward.
