I had a Teams interview with the hiring manager and a business development manager.

They were pleasant and easy to talk to, and the whole thing was framed like a real discussion about my background rather than a trap.

It was originally scheduled for about an hour, but it ran over by roughly thirty minutes. The questions focused on my past experience, and honestly I appreciated that they didn’t seem interested in tricking me—everything felt grounded and relevant. I ended up feeling pretty comfortable by the end, and the length of the call made it clear they were taking the conversation seriously.
