MontpellierPosted Dec 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was invited to a session where the employer presented the company and what the role involved.

During the process, they asked me to write a report about my interview to send later.

We then covered my own background—my schooling and projects, plus my professional path. The questions also got personal, including prompts about my qualities and weaknesses. It felt like a conversational, profiling-style interview rather than a technical grilling. I received an offer, and what I took from it was that they valued how I framed my story as much as the facts themselves.
