I applied online and didn’t hear anything immediately, but then I was invited to an online test.

After that, about a week later, I got an invite to an online interview. I then moved forward to a final face-to-face interview after being selected.

Overall it felt like a fairly straightforward funnel—application, test, online interview, then the in-person final. The timeline took roughly a week between key steps, and by the time I reached the last stage I felt the process had narrowed in on whether I could do the role.
