I applied through Assystem’s website.

My first conversation with HR was on the phone, and the questions were described to me as very basic, focused on fitting the basics of the role.

After that, I had a more pushed technical interview with the manager via video call. The manager also made sure to cover the job offer itself and explain the group’s advantages. I found the overall flow balanced—HR first to align on fundamentals, then a deeper technical discussion, and finally the commercial and benefits context. I received an offer from it.
