Assystem Software Engineer interview experience

I was introduced to different service managers, and later I ended up in a group setting with people I hadn’t seen earlier in interviews.

Because the journey kept evolving, it didn’t feel like a simple linear sequence from recruiter to hiring manager. Even so, it ultimately led to an offer. Looking back, the long duration and the surprise of being placed into a new group without prior direct meetings was the part that made it feel unfamiliar, but it still ended positively.
