The recruitment process started with a phone call with a recruitment assistant.

After that call, she scheduled an HR interview, and then I had a final technical interview with a manager. The whole arc stayed pretty straightforward.

I didn’t get an offer, but the process still gave me a clear sense of how they separated the conversations—first HR screening, then a technical discussion. I appreciated that it progressed step-by-step rather than dragging out without structure.
