Assystem Software Engineer interview experience

First, I had a phone conversation for about half an hour focused on motivation and my CV. Then I had a second interview in person with a manager and the recruitment coordinator.

It was an organized progression: start with basics on the phone, then go deeper with the people responsible for hiring. I received an offer, and the straightforward flow made it easy to follow what stage I was in.
