Assystem Software Engineer interview experience

The first call was with talent acquisition and was pretty basic, but the tone felt cold and detached.

After the interview, I heard nothing for a month despite sending multiple follow-ups. Eventually, it became clear there was no meaningful feedback at all. I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the silence felt disrespectful—what bothered me most wasn’t just the rejection, it was the lack of courtesy afterward.
