I interviewed for an Asana Software Engineer role and was frustrated by the process mechanics more than the technical questions, with delays and disjointed communication.

Phone screen — I did a LeetCode-medium-style problem; the setup felt odd (cameras off), and the call didn’t match what later rounds seemed to require.
Virtual onsite (very long / inconsistent interviewing) — The onsite ran for many hours with interviewers who seemed inexperienced; requirements and edge-case details were unclear at times, and answers sometimes needed correction during the process.
Operational issues — In another similar path, I went back and forth with the recruiter for the same role multiple times, with poor communication and a shallow follow-up.
