San Francisco, CAPosted Jun 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a recruiter call, I had the first technical conversations about a week later.

The format felt pretty interactive: the interviewer guided the flow in a way that kept things moving and made it clear what they were looking for. I worked through one LeetCode-style problem and then a second question that was more game-like in presentation.

Because that round went well, I was brought in for the final offsite afterwards. Overall it felt like a smooth progression—less of a “grind through gates” feeling and more like the interviewers were actively engaged with how I was thinking, which made the experience pleasant even though I didn’t end up with an offer.
