My interviews followed a longer, structured arc: it was six steps, and there was a lot of feedback between rounds.

Everyone I spoke with felt professional and attentive, and the process didn’t feel chaotic or improvised.

The technical portion was aimed at a role aligned with Salesforce development. The topics were the sort of things I expected—async processes, bulkification, trigger contexts, and the relevant syntax. The rounds felt focused rather than vague, and that clarity made it easier to understand what was being evaluated.

I didn’t get the offer, but the experience itself felt organized and respectful. The fact that there was feedback throughout also made the whole journey feel more transparent
