I interviewed for an Asana Software Engineer role in a non-standard sequence that mixed product-style exercises with a mock customer interaction.

Talent discovery call — I started with an intro discovery conversation with a talent associate.
Hiring manager intro — I then met with the manager of the team hiring.
Mock customer call + rotating interviews + mock presentation — I went through a mock discovery call, a rotating set of interviews with four people, and a mock presentation.
Outcome: No offer; I was dropped after reaching the rotating interview stage.
