I had a clean, well-structured interview loop with multiple manager rounds and a final presentation before getting rejected.

Recruiter screen — The recruiter walked me through the role, requirements, compensation, and interview steps.
Hiring manager + adjacent manager rounds — I interviewed with the hiring manager first, then had stacked interviews with three managers from nearby teams.
Final round: presentation — I was expected to present in the last stage. Outcome: Rejected after the second round; the takeaway is that early manager fit heavily influences whether you reach the later stages.
