Thousand Oaks, CAPosted Jan 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an interview process that was more “manageable” than stressful, but it still required preparation.

The questions weren’t described as especially difficult, yet it was clear there were multiple levels and different team members involved.

The biggest takeaway for me was that being ready mattered more than anything else. I felt like once I focused on my own resume and had my story lined up, the process felt easy to navigate. Overall, it didn’t end up being a painful experience, and the outcome felt aligned with how prepared I was going in.
