Thousand Oaks, CAPosted Jun 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first step was a phone interview, followed by an on-site day at the company.

The on-site portion turned into a multi-person interview involving higher-ups from different teams, and it felt more like a broader evaluation than a single conversation.

The overall flow seemed decent and I didn’t get the sense that anything went off-track during the conversations. The frustrating part came afterward: I never heard back after the second interview. I had expected some follow-up, but it just went quiet.
