The process itself felt somewhat long and at times repetitive.

What surprised me most was how much my experience depended on the initial recruiter—how attentive and informed they were.

I ended up speaking with two recruiters: one was very clear and stayed on top of things, while the other felt distant and uninformed about the position. That difference carried through the process and made the timeline feel less consistent.

By the time everything moved forward, I couldn’t shake the feeling that the early recruiter set the tone for how well the rest of the process worked.
