My first round went well with a hiring manager, and then I had an in-person interview a little under a month later.

The in-person interview at Amgen Hyderabad also went well, and I appreciated that they covered expenses.

After that, there was no response from the recruitment team even after multiple emails. What made it feel off wasn’t that I didn’t hear immediately—it was that I didn’t get any feedback at all.

I finished the process feeling like I’d done the work and attended the interviews, but I still didn’t feel properly closed out.
