Tampa, FLPosted Feb 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The first part of my process went well.

My initial HR interview felt positive, and the next round with the hiring manager also went smoothly. After that, the recruiter contacted me about scheduling panel interview times and coordinating the final step.

I was ready to complete the process, but then I got an email quickly saying they had found a better candidate and that it was over. That meant I never got a chance to finish the scheduled interview or even speak to the hiring team as planned. Even though the earlier rounds went well, the abrupt timing made the experience feel unfair and demoralizing.
