American Express Product Manager interview experience

After a recruiter screen, I had a technical-style first round where I recorded my answers to a mix of behavioral and job-specific questions. I remember it being fairly standard—nothing too surprising, just enough to get a sense of how I think and how I explain myself.

About a week later, I spoke with two people on a call. The vibe was relaxed and conversational, and I felt comfortable fairly quickly. Most of what we covered was my past experience and a set of situational questions, where they wanted to hear how I’d handle different PM scenarios.
