My timeline was made up of an OA, a group discussion, and then technical rounds followed by an HR chat.

I had two technical rounds and an HR round, and all of it felt moderate in difficulty—challenging, but not chaotic.

The group discussion centered on themes like finance, startups, and tech, plus more specific discussion points about Indian startup culture. The conversation also pushed a question around whether American Express should collaborate with newer fintech startups to grow. The technical rounds weren’t described as extremely deep, but they still felt like they tested how I handled relevant problems under pressure.
