Phoenix, AZPosted Nov 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first step was a recruiter conversation about my background and situational experience, especially around leading cross-functional teams and doing data-driven projects.

After that, the path moved into a manager interview, then a panel interview, and finally a VP interview before an offer.

The interviews themselves stayed fairly aligned with typical PM evaluation: behavioral questions about motivations and personality, plus a more problem-solving oriented interview where they asked how I would approach job-related situations. Even though the rounds stacked up, it felt like each one was checking a different dimension rather than repeating the same thing, and the end-to-end flow led to an offer.
