American Express Product Manager interview experience

It began with a recruiter meeting and then moved into interviews with two senior product managers, before I finally spoke with the director of the team. By the time I reached the director round, it felt like I’d progressed through a real depth-of-experience sequence.

Even though it was fairly thorough, I didn’t get the role. Looking back, the pace and the number of senior conversations made it clear they were evaluating carefully rather than casually.
