American Express Product Manager interview experience

I first spoke with a recruiter, then interviewed with three different leaders, and finally met with a skip-level manager.

The types of questions were exactly what I expected for this kind of PM role, with a mix that mapped to background, how I think, and how I’d operate in leadership contexts. Everyone I spoke with was respectful, and the overall flow felt organized rather than random.
