The interview experience itself was easy and not too difficult.

What lingered for me wasn’t the interview day—it was what happened once the job started. They loaded me up with a ton of information immediately, without much time to really learn it.

That pace kept making me wonder if I should be looking for a new job, even though the interview process didn’t feel hard. The emotional contrast between an easy interview and a steep onboarding made the overall experience harder than the interview alone.
