American Express Global Business Travel Consultant interview experience

The first step was a screening call, and then I moved into a more detailed discussion with the hiring manager where we went through my skills and experience in depth. The final stage was more about cultural fit—how I aligned with the company’s values—rather than another technical hurdle.

Communication throughout was clear and supportive, and the pace made it feel like the process was being managed intentionally. I left feeling like they were taking the time to understand me, which made the overall experience feel smooth.
