American Express Global Business Travel Consultant interview experience

The questions themselves were straightforward, but the recruiter’s accent made it hard to catch what was being asked, and that threw me off more than I expected.

After that, the process stayed in that same vein of reading through prompts rather than interactive back-and-forth. I had a lot of management experience from hospitality and travel, so I assumed it would be a smooth “fit” conversation. By the end, I still didn’t feel like the interviewers were getting much of my story, and the overall tone didn’t translate to an offer.
