American Express Global Business Travel Consultant interview experience

The format followed a clear hierarchy, with different stages leading from one interviewer level to the next. They used my experience level to confirm I had the right baseline.

Two of the stages really stood out: there was a situation/role-based exercise where I had to demonstrate how I’d handle something, and there was also a personality interview focused on fit. Even with those different formats, the overall tone stayed manageable.
