American Express Global Business Travel Consultant interview experience

I remember the empathy coming through clearly, with a confident, reassuring style over the phone that made the discussion feel smooth and easy to follow. The interviewer asked me about professional areas while also bringing in personal topics to get a fuller sense of who I was.

It didn’t feel like a high-stress interrogation. Instead, it felt like an intentional attempt to understand both my work mindset and my personality. The overall impression was that the call was built to be engaging, which made it easier to answer honestly and stay present throughout.
