American Express Global Business Travel Consultant interview experience

What did help was that the team stayed in constant contact and made the hiring process and benefits clear.

The part that left me uncertain was that the job duties felt a bit vague during the process, even though they were transparent about the overall structure. I remember weighing that against how smoothly communication flowed; overall it was a controlled process, just not as specific as I wanted about day-to-day responsibilities. I ultimately didn’t get an offer.
